Judicial system in Bharat - who is going to bell the Cat...

The visual advertisements work as a mirror to reflect the current societal norms and trends. In our early days of DD of Bharat, there were many great pieces of visual adv which we still remember.

For example, who could ever forget the Rasna ad, the Dunlop tyre ad, the Bajaj scooter ad, the Laal Dantamanjon ad and so many - their creativity through visual advertisement was unparalleled.

After more than 7 decades of independence from British rules, if one thing all of us wholeheartedly want  is the reform of our judicial system.

Watch this beautiful ad campaign done by Greenply which depicts so nicely the concept of Tarikh pe tarikh of Judicial system of Bharat...

If we want to rise as a developed nation, our judiciary must be reformed. This needs 2/3rd majority in both the houses of the parliament.

Come ON... Hindus of Bharat...
Raise your concern....
Or else...
suffer till you die...
Enjoy the poem written and recited by my wife Reema.
Jai Hind...

Here's the true story of why Bharat can't ignore judiciary reform any more.

The Indian man recently acquitted after a 39-year-long court battle is Jageshwar Prasad Awardhiya, an 83-year-old former billing assistant for the Madhya Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation.
The key details of the case are:
 * Case: He was accused in 1986 of accepting a ₹100 (approx. $1.20 USD) bribe in a Lokayukta "trap" operation.
 * Conviction: He was convicted by a lower court in 2004.
 * Acquittal: The Chhattisgarh High Court finally acquitted him, overturning the conviction on the grounds of insufficient evidence and procedural lapses. The court noted that the mere recovery of the currency notes was not enough to establish guilt without proving the demand and voluntary acceptance of the bribe.
 * Consequence: The legal battle consumed nearly four decades of his life, leading to his suspension, financial distress, and emotional hardship for his family. He stated the acquittal was a "hollow victory" due to the irreversible losses he suffered.

And... here we go... listen to the story of a bizarre bazaar called Indian Courts where people can buy justice - from none other than an eminent lawyer...

Come on... guys... wake up and awaken others...
